"This particular pose (foot in crotch) is known amongst the Japanese as denki anma (translation: electric massage). Japanese boys are known to put each other in the position, especially when imitating pro wrestlers. Done correctly, the foot is placed on the perineum and the guy in control shakes his whole leg to send vibrations into his victim. In terms of western youth antics, it's a bit like giving somebody a noogie, except in this case some recipients are actually fond of being on the receiving end (despite the obvious risks)."
